Kaspersky Total Security Activation Code
An activation code is a code that you receive when you purchase a license for Kaspersky Total Security.
This code is required for activation of the application.
The activation code is a unique sequence of twenty digits and Latin letters in the format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx.
Depending on how you purchased the application, you can obtain the activation code in one of the following ways:.
When you purchase a boxed version of Kaspersky Total Security, an activation code is provided in the manual or on the retail box that contains the installation CD.
When you purchase Kaspersky Total Security from an online store, an activation code is emailed to the address that you have specified when ordering.
The license term countdown starts from the date when you activate the application.
If you have purchased a license for the use of Kaspersky Total Security on several devices, the license term starts counting down from the moment you first apply the activation code.
We recommend that you create a My Kaspersky account so that you do not lose your activation code when you reinstall your operating system, install the application on a new device or reinstall the application on your current device.
You can create a My Kaspersky account at the time of application installation and activation.
If you didn't create a My Kaspersky account at the time of application installation and activation, you can also create an account in the installed application.
If you delete your activation code by mistake or lose it, you can try to restore it.
The application cannot be installed on a system or boot drive that uses the FAT32 file system.
