The university of SCP is vast and untapped, usually filled with the stories that many have contributed to it. Once you play the game, why not create your own creature?
The fictional world of SCP is filled with vicious creatures, demonic entities, and worse.
- There exist creatures that cannot die, travel through time, or possess hyper-intelligence, rapid adaptation, and extreme speeds.
But you’re venturing into the containment unit of SCP-173, a deadly sculpture-like creature that can only move when not in a direct line of sight. An accident occurs, and now it has escaped. You’re left in the dark and must avoid becoming its prey. The dark, haunting halls mix with the spooky and surreal sounds to send shivers down your spine. You probably won’t have time to appreciate the beauty of these halls, only glimpsing them in a passing moment. It’s for these reasons that the game gets marketed towards an older audience.
You’ll find no cute or cuddly creatures here. Only darkness and fear will surround you until you are forced to quit the game. There is no ending to save you from the monster, only an eternity within these halls. The graphics are a slight form of salvation, as they’re nowhere near the modern realistic standard you know and love. The animations themselves are shaky and low quality. But, on a wrong turn, these aspects might just set shivers down your spine once more. SCP Containment Breach requires a 64-bit version of Windows 7 or later. While there are many horror games none offer a multiplayer experience like SCP CB does. But, if you’re left looking for a scare you can always check out Bendy and The Ink Machine.
SCP Containment Breach is a fun but scary game that’ll set your senses on edge. Will you be caught or live to tell the tale? Not many games offer such a free-flowing multiplayer horror such as this.
It’s well worth the download. High fright factor. Spooky sound effects. Outdated graphics. Mature audiences only. About Us - Read up on our wiki's history!Required Reading - Read these if you want to contribute! SCP - Containment Breach is a terrifying first-person adventure where the player controls a test subject trapped inside a lab full of paranormal creatures.
What began as a simple test that might have killed your character, however, ends in tragedy. At the beginning of the adventure, a power problem in the lab sets all of the creatures being studied loose. Your mission is very simple: survive the nightmare. To survive, you'll have to run through the complex's hallways and rooms, looking for anything that might help you.
A gas mask, batteries for your flashlight, and keys to open certain doors will be crucial to your survival. In addition to all of the supernatural creatures you will come across in the SCP lab's hallways, you'll have to be careful of the soldiers, since they don't want you to escape.
SCP - Containment Breach is an interesting adventure game of supernatural terror with great scene randomization. The story is always the same, but the hallways in the complex will change every time you play. If you love games that will scare the hell out of you then let me start by saying that SCP - Containment Breach is a game you have to play.
Secure. contain. capture
Even if you are a hardcore horror fan this game is going to make you jump more than if you were on a trampoline. The origins of SCP - Containment Breach are pretty neat.
The SCP Foundation is a fictional foundation where people can report strange things, creatures and write stories about weird, disgusting and scary creatures and events. It is really cool if you have an interest in the paranormal and shows like the X-Files.
That is what SCP - Containment Breach is based on. You play as a death row inmate who has had his death sentence spared as long as you are willing to be a test subject at an SCP Foundation facility. What could go wrong right? Right from the start as you leave your room, you know that this game is messed up. You are led to a room with two other test subjects and there is a weird creature in the room. Of course, it kills everyone, escapes, and the whole facility is on lockdown.
This all happens at the very start of the game and it sets the tone for an unsettling gameplay experience. While the SCP Facility is joined together by a series of corridors, The rooms are actually randomly generated as are the creatures that can be in the rooms. There are some main “SCP’s” that you will encounter all through the game.
The main one that is burned into my brain is SCP-173. This thing is creepy as hell and the creature that causes all the mayhem at the start of the game.
This is a weird statue like thing that only attacks when you blink. You blink, you die! The other is There are two types of containment zones, light and heavy containment zones.
As you would expect the SPC’s that you come across in the light zones are not as challenging as the ones you come across in the heavy containment zones. The random nature of the game makes getting your bearings impossible and you are always scared about what is going to be in the next room you come across. The goal of the game is to get through the facility and make your way outside. Depending on what you do there are different endings. You can use items that you find to defend yourself against the creatures that you come across.
There are even some creatures that appear docile and one that can even help you out. Survival is never guaranteed and you are in constant fear. The blinking mechanic is really innovative. The idea of this is that you have a little, let’s just call it a health bar. When it goes all the way down, you need to blink.
Blinking in this game can lead to death so sometimes you have to run through a room super fast.
- This sounds odd, but it is a great mechanic and one that helps add to the tension of the game.
- SCP - Containment Breach is a game that I had so much fun with!
- I really cannot recommend this game highly enough and it is free! While the start and the overall goal of the game are always the same. What happens in between is always different and finding different SCP’s is always something that is exciting and scary at the same time.
- If you want a game that is going to really scare you.
- You have to play SCP - Containment Breach. It is scary as hell! The different SCP’s are very interesting.
Easy to get into. Plays different each time you play it. You will need clean underpants. Maybe could have done with a bit more story . Overall rating: 9. SCP - Containment Breach is a first-person indie survival horror game.
It is based upon the SCP Foundation wiki. You play as D-9341, one of many Class-D test subjects used by the SCP Foundation, an organization dedicated to containing and safe-guarding anomalous creatures and artifacts from the rest of the world. The game opens with D-9341 waking up and being pulled from his cell to begin testing.
However, during the test the facility begins to malfunction, causing a site-wide containment breach to occur. This game is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License.http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/.

Loading save and 173 bugs
Scp Containment Breach is by far the best mobile game i’ve ever played. it’s as thrilling as pc, and keeps me entertained for days. although i find it quite challenging completing some tasks because when i take the elevator to scp-939 i get to the area but when i turn a certain way and walk in the tunnel area to get the hand and night vision goggles scp-173 phases through the floor and kills me.
Scp-173 also does it in the maintenance tunnels too. i have video evidence of this. and it shows scp-173 phasing through the floor while i’m in scp-049s room. Please fix this, I would enjoy scp containment breach much more, and i would rate 5 stars!!
Also the game is enjoyable but a few items besides the save button are glitched out still. Namely the clipboard since every time you click it to sort through the papers you have. It drops everything you have in inventory and doesn’t give back your papers.
Please fix this.
- You guys are doing a great job and I would love to see what this game is like when you put in the full potential this game needs.
- But until than. Please have someone play the game after each bug update. It’s the only way you guys can honestly figure out majority of the bugs here since I can’t do much besides die from 173 from appearing everywhere along with 106.

It is unknown as to what happens after any of the endings, but judging by the fact that quotes from personnel who are cleaning up the facility are seen whenever the player dies, it is assumed that the containment breach was eventually resolved.
In the second ending at Gate A, it is safe to asume the scientist is referring to the players ability to respawn. This will most likely result with the player obtaining a SCP status, although it is unknown how/if he will be contained.
